Let’s discover the beauty of Islam and what the faith especially means to young people receiving an education on your campus.
Learn about the basics of the tenets of Islam along with conquering myths and unhelpful stereotypes. We will learn about the history of Islam in the United States (which goes centuries back!) This training will go beyond the five pillars of Islam and will focus on multimedia that shows lived Islam, including Islam on campus. Who are Muslims? Is Islam “new” in America or has it existed and been practiced for centuries?
